This is what you'll do:
- Proactively monitor and troubleshoot trading system and exchange/venues, provide quick response to production issues to eliminate down time. Analyzing and escalating exchange related issues either directly with the exchange, broker or data provider.
- Providing products (create/find/configure) for corporate actions and on client requests; monitor product download applications/scripts.
- Act on anomalies/bugs reported by stakeholders.
- Work with Recon to reconcile trades, position breaks, cash differences.
- Ad-hoc SQL reporting, data analysis, stored procedures implementation.
- Implementation of data related business checks, scripts based on needs of functional department and stakeholders.
- Configure and maintain trading system architecture.
- Stakeholder expectation management ensuring alignment on resolution approach and timelines
You bring us this skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Expierence with MYSQL and Bash scripting or willingness to learn.
- Knowledge and experience with Linux operating system or willingness to learn.
- Professional experience 1-3 years
- Experience with or strong interest in applying AI-powered tools and automation solutions to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and improve operational efficiency.
- Experience and knowledge of business intelligence visualization tools is a plus (Grafana, Elasticsearch).
- Experience in Python and understanding of networking concepts is a plus.
- ITIL Foundation knowledge/certification is a plus.
