This is what you’ll do

Processing all income-related corporate actions such as dividends, coupon payments, bond maturities, capital returns, etc.
Ensuring all corporate actions parameters are taken into account by reviewing prime broker notifications, depository, exchange notifications and company releases.
Perform daily reconciliations of all payments related to income-related corporate actions
Investigating and clarifying any discrepancies with both internal and external parties, escalating the issue as needed
Daily liaising with prime brokers on various issues, including time sensitive information on delayed payouts or voluntary event input
Assist the service desk team with resolving client queries.

You bring us these skills

Academic background with specific qualifications in Business, Finance or Economics;
No previous experience in the field is required / recent graduates are welcome to apply
Opportunity to work part time or full time
Professional English working proficiency;
Strong customer focus with a clear understanding of the wider issues impacting the financial markets;
Enthusiastic team-player with a pragmatic committed approach and international outlook;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
Skills in SQL are desirable to have, however not mandatory.
