You bring us these skills
- Academic background with specific qualifications in Finance or Administration/Accounting;
- Professional English working proficiency;
- 1 – 3 years of working experience in a related position;
- Strong customer focus with a clear understanding of the wider issues impacting the financial markets;
- Enthusiastic team-player with a pragmatic committed approach;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word);
- Previous experience and knowledge of SQL is strongly preferred.
This is what you will do
- Monitor the correct settlement of securities;
- Liaise with counterparties to facilitate the settlement process;
- Process portfolio position transfers;
- Process transfers to cover short positions;
- Investigate and reconcile internal positions to clearing reports;
- Communicate with clearing partners to resolve issues;
- Process payments, transfer fees and other cash charges;
- Static data management.
