This is what you'll do:

  • Maintain, enhance, and ensure the quality of the company-wide Data Dictionary
  • Create, document, and continuously update data definitions and data lineages
  • Act as the central point of contact for topics related to Data Glossary, Data Definitions, Data Lineage, and Data Ownership
  • Ensure a consistent and scalable data architecture in close collaboration with business departments
  • Contribute to the definition and establishment of clear Data Ownership structures
  • Ensure compliance with company-wide data management standards and policies
  • Support the continuous improvement of Data Governance processes
  • Work closely with Data Owners on both business and technical topics
  • Coordinate and manage escalations in the context of data-related issues
  • Support the Data Owner and the Data Quality (DQ) Manager in operational matters
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of Data Quality measures


You'll bring us these skills:

  • Completed university degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD), ideally in Data Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field
  • Initial or several years of professional experience in Data Management or Data Quality Management
  • Solid knowledge of common IT systems and tools, such as: Jira; Confluence; MS Office; SQL / databases
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Diplomatic mindset combined with assertiveness
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
  • Ability to effectively prioritize in an environment with competing demands
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and sense of responsibility
  • Motivation for continuous professional development
