This is what you'll do

Thorough investigation of all ongoing and upcoming corporate action events;
Rigorous analysis and subsequent accurate processing and validation of both mandatory corporate actions (such as stock splits, spin-offs, stock dividends and mergers) and voluntary corporate actions (such as tenders and subscription offers, among others) within specific, sensitive market-related timelines;
Daily coordination with other departments, such as Brokerage, Client Risk, IT, and others on interdepartmental tasks, and incident escalation;
Performing associated tasks such as derivative adjustments and reconciliation checks.

You bring us this skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Administration (MBA). CFA charter is preferred but not a must.;
1-3 Years of relevant Corporate Actions (or closely related Capital Markets and/or Operations) experience;
Some experience in a controlling/validating capacity is highly beneficial;
Knowledge/experience with SQL;
High proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
