This is what you will do:

Collaborate closely with the Product Owner (PO) to ensure alignment on the ‘what’ (product vision) while taking responsibility for the ‘how’ (delivering the right solution) through detailed analysis, requirements gathering, and ensuring the solution meets business needs.
Understanding in detail the requirements of the business with respect to the domain, in order to elaborate the broad/general user stories and to make sure they become complete, consistent and compliant with applicable internal and external rules and regulations.
Be the bridge between the (business) content and the agile-team
Be the go-to person for the agile-team with respect to content /requirement related questions, and have lines in the organization with business departments to validate such questions/answers.
Analyzing, processing and modelling of data related to the domain in scope for de-tailed understanding of the issue / implementation of solution.
Elaborate detailed acceptance criteria for user stories, ensuring that they are clear, testable, and align with business requirements. Participate actively in functional and user acceptance testing (UAT), validating that the delivered solution meets the business needs.

You bring us these skils:

Academic degree with the focus in Information Technology, Computer Science, or comparable qualification
Minimum 1 year relevant experience as Business Analyst or similar profile
Familiar with flow diagrams, user journeys
IT-Systems (Jira, Confluence, OpenAPI, Miro/Figma)
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Experience in the financial markets industry is a preference
