Als Product Designer (m/w/d) bei flatexDEGIRO gestalten Sie intuitive und konsistente Nutzererlebnisse und tragen aktiv zu unserer Mission bei: „Komplexes einfach machen.“

In dieser Rolle prägen Sie die Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen Produkte maßgeblich mit. Gemeinsam mit den Bereichen Product Management, IT, Marketing und weiteren Fachbereichen arbeiten Sie an der Weiterentwicklung eines skalierbaren Designsystems und sorgen für effiziente Prozesse sowie hochwertige Nutzererlebnisse über alle Plattformen hinweg.

Welche Aufgaben erwarten Sie bei uns?

• Entwicklung von hochwertigen User Interfaces, interaktiven Prototypen und Präsentations-Demos für digitale Produkte
• Überführung von Konzepten, Wireframes und ersten Entwürfen in ansprechende und nutzerfreundliche digitale Erlebnisse
• Weiterentwicklung und Pflege unseres Designsystems zur Sicherstellung einer konsistenten User Experience über alle Produkte hinweg
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams sowie verständliche Dokumentation und Kommunikation von Designentscheidungen und Spezifikationen
• Planung und Unterstützung qualitativer sowie quantitativer Nutzerforschung zur Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
• Validierung von Produktideen, Hypothesen und Designlösungen auf Basis von Nutzerfeedback und Daten
• Unterstützung bei der Definition und Analyse von Erfolgskennzahlen neuer Funktionen und Produktverbesserungen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Experience Managern, Entwicklern, Marketing und weiteren Stakeholdern sowie aktive Einbindung von Feedback in den Designprozess
• Durchführung von Design Reviews und konstruktives Feedback für Kolleginnen und Kollegen zur Förderung einer gemeinsamen Designkultur

Was wünschen wir uns von Ihnen?

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Medieninformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (ca. 3 bis 5 Jahre) im Bereich UX- bzw. Product Design für digitale Endkundenprodukte
• Erfahrung im Finanzdienstleistungs-, Banking- oder Trading-Umfeld sowie ein gutes Verständnis für Finanzprodukte
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Web- und Mobile-Design, idealerweise auch im Bereich komplexer Datenvisualisierung
• Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Designsystemen, sowohl in der Anwendung als auch in deren Weiterentwicklung
• Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Inclusive Design, Barrierefreiheit, Lokalisierung und nutzerzentrierte Gestaltung
• Sicherer Umgang mit Design- und Kollaborationstools wie Figma, Miro, Sketch sowie Prototyping-Tools
• Grundkenntnisse in HTML und CSS
• Erfahrung mit UX-Research-Methoden, Nutzerinterviews und Usability-Tests
• Erfahrung in frühen oder strategischen Phasen der Produktentwicklung
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
