In this role you will support the Business & Marketing Manager in the execution of operational tasks within the areas of marketing, events, and education. This includes assisting with the organization of digital and physical events, supporting the development and maintenance of educational content, and contributing to communication and marketing activities. Additionally, you’ll be researching competitors, general market developments and draft research reports. The position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment in the financial sector.

What tasks can you expect with us?

Development of a holistic education strategy: interactive for-mats and face-to-face events to give clients a comprehensive understanding of financial topics and the platform
Design and further development of digital event formats and its educational content.
Representation at physical events
Creation and optimization of demo videos and explanatory vide-os about our platform and for imparting general financial knowledge
Evaluation and further development of content: Constant review and adaptation of content to ensure that it corresponds to current trends and our internal requirements
Market research. Checking competitors and their platforms, of-ferings and pricing. Spotting market developments and drafting reports.
Collaboration and alignment between different internal and ex-ternal stakeholders such as the content team, product manage-ment, and compliance.
Updating and redesigning educational content
Production of demo videos and explanatory videos to support our clients and promote general financial knowledge

What do we want from you?

Basic understanding of financial markets, asset classes, and investment products
Familiarity with brokerage platforms is a plus.
Experience with PowerPoint and Word.
Flexible availability, including evenings
Attention to detail
Creative, committed, and reliable.
Open and direct communication style
Affinity with the financial markets or financial products.
Written and spoken English skills (B2 level)
