What you will be doing

 

•    Install, support, upgrade, and maintain Windows workstations;
•    Install, support, upgrade, and maintain MacOS devices and iOS devices: MacBooks, iPhones, iPads.
•    Manage desktops/applications of users on Windows and MacOS;
•    Make use of software tools, technologies and industry practices that will benefit our company;
•    Maintain and extend our Microsoft Cloud platform;
•    Develop and maintain documentation on infrastructure, software and systems;
•    Follow and develop procedures and guidelines to install, patch, configure, customize, troubleshoot, upgrade, integrate, and maintain systems;
•    Create and configure user accounts on the company tools;
•    Prepare the workplace for the new employees (Install PC, phone, network cables);
•    IT support for internal users (troubleshooting, install printers, configure email accounts, replace PC components, etc.);
•    Order IT materials – (workstations, phones, software, spare parts, etc.)

 

What we expect

 

•    HBO, Bachelors or master’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
•    Very good communication and soft skills.
•    Ability to understand and troubleshoot issues reported from a non-IT user perspective.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Able to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
•    2-3 years experience in an on-site support role.
•    Operating Systems and software administrator experience with Windows systems (Windows 10,11) and Windows Server preferable.
•    Operating Systems and software administrator experience with MacOS and iOS systems.
•    Basic understanding of Active Directory, TCP/IP networking, and DNS.
•    Experience with Microsoft Office Applications and Office 365.
•    Knowledge of Helpdesk Tools, Mobile Device Management, VoIP solutions would be considered a plus.
•    Ability to work independently but also a good team player, flexible and high level of dedication
•    Fluent in English.
•    Willingness to develop and to get certifications.
