This is what you’ll do

Design, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Tekton) to ensure reliable and scalable deployments.
Develop and optimize deployment automation using Helm charts, ArgoCD configurations, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
Support internal engineering teams by improving ease-of-use features in the open-source Backstage,
Deploy and manage infrastructure configurations, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
Participate actively in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of team processes.
Produce high-quality technical documentation (AsciiDoc, Confluence) to support knowledge sharing and platform adoption.

You’ll bring us these skills

Strong programming experience with TypeScript, ReactJS, Java, Go and build tools such as Maven.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD), and understanding of IaaS concepts.
Working knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and ideally experience with Backstage (Spotify).
Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana) and configuration tools such as Ansible.
Strong analytical thinking, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new technologies.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a distributed, multi-team environment.
