What will you do with us?
- You support the continuous development and optimization of our Product Governance framework, processes, and operational workflows
- You drive and contribute to Product Governance-related projects, working closely with relevant stakeholders across the organization
- You review and further develop policies, processes, and procedures related to Product Governance
- You optimize operational workflows for our Pension product, identifying opportunities for standardization and automation
- You improve collaboration and processes between Product Governance and other departments, with a strong focus on automation and operational efficiency
- You support the preparation and execution of quarterly Internal Control System (ICS) reporting for Product Governance
- You perform recurring Product Governance controls and monitoring activities, including IPO monitoring and PI tickets
- You are responsible for maintaining and updating client-facing fee schedules
- You contribute to cross-functional and regulatory projects, including:
- Internal and external audits
- Product Governance initiatives
- Product restrictions and interventions
- Ex-ante cost transparency
- Ex-post cost transparency
- You monitor relevant regulatory developments and help ensure that Product Governance activities, processes, and controls remain compliant with applicable requirements
- You act as a knowledgeable stakeholder for internal controls, regulatory topics, and change initiatives affecting Product Governance
What do we expect from you?
- A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
- Relevant professional experience in Product Governance, financial services, banking, brokerage, operations, compliance, or a comparable environment
- A good understanding of financial products and regulatory requirements; experience with investment or pension products is an advantage
- Experience in analyzing and improving processes and operational workflows, ideally including automation initiatives
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into clear and workable processes
- A structured, precise, and reliable working style, particularly when dealing with controls, documentation, and regulatory requirements
- Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments
- A proactive mindset with the motivation to challenge existing processes and continuously improve them
- Very good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
