As a Learning & Development Intern (m/f/d), you’ll explore the world of corporate learning by supporting the creation and delivery of impactful learning experiences. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals, gaining exposure to instructional design, stakeholder collaboration, and digital content creation.

What tasks can you expect with us?

• Discover & Decode Knowledge
  • Learn how to identify key information across departments by engaging with subject-matter experts and understanding how to make it accessible to others
• Design digital Learning Experiences
  
  • Assist in creating engaging content such as e-learning modules, documentation, videos, and webinars using modern tools and techniques
• Deliver & Analyze Impact
  • Help launch learning initiatives via our LMS, support internal webinars, and gather feedback to improve content effectiveness
     

What do we want from you?

• Skills You’ll Need (and Grow!)
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Interest in content creation, instructional design, or digital media
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Curiosity about finance, technology, and how people learn
• A proactive and creative mindset

Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)

• Willingness to learn tools like Confluence and JIRA 
• Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Vyond, or similar)
• Familiarity with SAP LMS, Webex, or Microsoft Teams
• German language skills
• Interest in working with software development teams
